Red Belt through Jr. Black Belts ONLY

Working Intermediate levels and above with more intensive Martial Arts Practice.  Enhancing coordination, dexterity, timing, distancing and giving your Child more Confidence and Self Esteem!

A special one hour Sparring Club Session is held every Friday afternoon from 4 - 5pm.  A complete sparring package with protective hand, head, foot and mouth gear (with carry bag and special patch included $129.00),  must be purchased for safety and personal hygiene.
